hi!! im not the game creator, but im assuming it was a fight and running away! i obviously dont know for sure, but i believe the partner is toxic. SPOILERS?> depending on the ending they get aggressive, or it is said "soon theyll come get you and youll forgive them and everything will be fine", which implies that this is a cycle, which is very common for abusers !! i could b wrong, but hope this helps!! :3
this game reminds me of a old relationship, I stayed despite everything he made me do, and I had to have someone force me to break up with him, only to find out they wanted to date me, and it was just another toxic relationship, but besides that, I really love this game.
This gave me a sense of comfort since I recently went though this with someone i trusted for 6 years. im now getting therapy thank you for making this.
