this scared the SHIT out of me, i was playing at 1:51 am. i never knew pixel games could be so scary, props to you!

i definitely didn't see all the content so 99% chance i missed it but why is this game tagged transgender? was the page with the sex marked as "in_____" supposed to be crow and that's why? idk maybe it's just tagged that way cause it's a gay love story and we're also part of the acronym but it was a lil weird

great game tho i had fun and crow and fio are sweet

(+5)

Crow is transmasc and Fio is on the nonbinary spectrum :) This wasn't explicitly stated in the game, but in some of the CGs you can see the neck of Crow's binder, and him being afab is visually hinted at in one of the endings (without saying too much). I wanted to keep the representation subtle in this game, because I think both, loud and quiet, representation are important :D If you are passionate about loud representation I warmly invite you to take a look at the Trans Representation Jam that I am hosting this year, as well as last year's entries. One of them is another game of mine, where I am much more in the player's face with the main character's identity, so feel free to take a gander if you're interested ^-^

Hiii, i am literally obsessesd w/ this game :3, even tho i had some problems with the saving and tsome more stuff, i fixed it later, the history, the characters and everything is so good, i really see the hard work behind every game you do. Aaanyways, i just wanted to thank you 4 this amazing game, i loved it so much, that i went to earn money to buy the extended version, and give a little more to try and support you more (i ran out of money :( ), I really love your works and the dedication you give these games, im pretty sure that youre an amazing person, thank you so, sooo much Hatoge <3

Thank you !!! And don't worry about supporting me financially, especially if you're tight on money! Playing my game and leaving a sweet comment is already the greates support to me 🥺 <3

i didn't thought you were going to read my comment, i am so happy rn, and,  i will give you donations whenever i have a little extra, because i don't really know how much money doing this gives you, i definitely think that your work is worth more, and more attention, and even if i can't help with money, i will try and tell people i know about your amazing (like you)  games :D :D

you know the thing about the "best ending" is that while bittersweet, it truly is the best outcome i could think of.

from what i know the game starts long after the real fio and crow could be saved. you may not be real, fio may not be real, but you still feel the memories, the love you had for him. even though you aren't really crow (and supposedly don't have as much capacity for remorse as an original (i wonder what other things the clone doesn't have that the original does)) you still care enough for fio to be willing to sacrifice your life for what is left of him.

even if you and your love are fakes, you still have eachother, and that's enough for you two to be happy. you may be an imperfect clone with a bullet in his shoulder who is on the run from the government, but at least you have your imperfect clone twink boyfriend, and that is all you need to be happy.

i'm glad i got the best ending.

i played through blind and was somehow able to stumble into the best ending (i think?) in which the two live a life on the run.

(+1)

Same! idk if its the best but i dont care about the other endings, that one's sweet and feels right

Hi, I was playing through and it stopped after reaching around 1 end. "Game has encountered a bug, please report it" and then "TypeError: Cannot read property 'resolution' is undefined' and so on (like at WebGLExtract.canvas [...]". I'm on mac so I'd like to know what happened exactly and how to solve this issue. Thanks

Thank you for reaching out! Unfortunately I am not sure what could have caused this either, as I do not own any macs I could run tests on. My only guess is, that because the engine that I used to develop this game in is not supported past a certain mac generation, this may be why the game isn't properly running on your device. I thought I had written something about that in the description already, but I guess I forgot - I will add it now. If you're still interested in playing the game, I suggest playing the browser version instead. My apologies for the inconvenience! :(

(+1)

I see, that's not a problem because the artsyle and the plot is pretty interesting anyway. Thank you for reaching out and clarifying an issue on this matter, I really appreciate it!

i was playing and then like half way though i realized i messed up

(+1)

(+1)

loved this game!!!

unsettling in the best way possible <3

Can I have a more detailed walkthrough of the extended edition's second ending? Whenever I try to leave nothing happens. No dialogue or anything pops up. What am I doing wrong?

which day are you trying to leave on? Have you tried on an earlier/later day? Please let me know if it worked, and sorry for the trouble!

I tried at a few different times during the third day and the same with the fourth. Should I try earlier? In the walkthrough, dialogue is mentioned, but whenever I try to leave nothing happens, as if I'm walking into a wall.

Hmmm... I just downloaded it and I can't seem to locate the issue unfortunately. Do all the other features of the extended edition work? (as in, could you get the other ending and access the bonus room just fine?) And just to be safe; you are running it on windows?

(1 edit) (+1)

i just started the game, what is the code for the door on the left of the second floor???

(+1)

1989 Thats the code, its the year a scientist had died! Yw for the code!

Thank youu

This is....AMAZING<3 when I clicked on it I just thought it was going to be a cute lil queer pixel art game but boy was I in for a ride! I'm looking forward to jumping on when I have more time and explore the different endings :) amazing work~~~~

(+1)

It was great, but I finished it within 20 minutes and when the day happened again, I knew what was gonna happen already because of the stains and the messier room and what they said was different, could be longer/updated, but overall, it's a great game

There are multiple endings, honestly my ending was an expected but an unexpected mess.

is there a way to have fullscreen without having to use f4 because im on a laptop that uses the f4 key as a key that closes the entire game TnT

Why are my saves from mistrick here? Connected universe?

Truly one of the best games I've played on this site. I downloaded it thinking it was some ~1 hour long adventure that I could play just to pass the time. It is currently 1 AM and I've been playing for nearly 5 hours. After I finished the game for the first I was infatuated, I longed for more media with these characters I'd grown so fond of, and then I found out that there were 8 different endings.

I went through each and every one of them, from top to bottom in the walkthrough. Each one more satisfying and touching than the last, each left me craving more.

10/10

--Mild spoilers Ahead--

A prerequisite for any story is the ability to hook the consumer into it, make them want to learn and discover more. And "Sofia?" delivers in droves. You go meet with your boyfriend, Fio, to celebrate your aniversary, after an evening of an improvised dinner and a gaming sesh, you wake up in the middle of the night to find him gone, nowhere to be found. After searching for him, you give up and go back to sleep. Immidiately after you enter the bedroom, you hear a gunshot and run downstairs to find your boyfriend shot dead on the floor. While you're processing what's just happened, the shooter sneaks up behind you and dispatches you. You wake up on the same train that took you to his house, to live a twisted and disturbing groundhog day.

I was hooked. I mean It's incredible. I start asking questions within the first 10 minutes. Who shot us? how did Fio dissapear? How am I alive? how is He alive? how did I return back where I started from? Already I'm reeling to find answers to these questions, and They're slowly revealed each passing day. You draw your own conclusions, theorize, and hope you're right about the facts that elude you, just out of reach.

And now that I've completed the story, 8 different times, Let me tell you that it is very worth it. Even without the extended Edition.

10 out of fucking 10.

I was a girl in the village doing all right
Then I became a princess over night
Now I gotta figure out how to do it right
So much to learn and see!
Up in the castle with my new family
And a school that's just for royalty
A whole enchanted world is waiting for me
I'm so excited to be... (Sofia the First!)
I'm finding out what being royal's all about (Sofia the First!)
Making my way, it's an adventure every day! (Sofia)
It's gonna be my time (Sofia)
To show them all that I'm
Sofia the First!

SPOILER: Is there any way to save Fio because I have searched through everything pretty much and still got what seems like a bad ending

There are specific requirements that need to be met throughout the days to trigger the different endings; Which steps they are, is detailed in the walkthrough, without containing any spoilers towards the endings themselves. Hope this helps :)

Hi! Just commenting to tell you that the mac version doesn't open (just tells me "could not open Game"). The Win version run through wine is fine though! :)

(1 edit)

Unfortunately the engine this game was made in only supports pretty old mac devices, so that's probably why :(

i use a macbook air 13in, but it sometime says this because of privacy settings, due to the downloading dev not being a verified one. its a simple fix!

Broo. I cried when i was playing this..

(-2)

went live while playing this game and really enjoyed it!!!! I may try the game again soon to get other endings since i believe its multiple ending?

I don't know when the first date  happend now idk what is the code to fio's smartphone TO

(+2)

I want to turn this into a show with three seasons and a spin off series.

(+3)

also made an account just to comment on this game.

Really interesting story, the music (while a bit loud) was pretty fitting for the game, and the characters were very well-written. The endings were pretty shocking (in a good way) and the twists were also very cool. Looking forward to checking out your other games and hope they are at least half as good as this one!

(+3)

i made an account just to comment on this game it was great and really fun i really enjoyed the story the music and everything else i just hope i can unlock the other endings too since i have no idea what i should do lol

(+1)(-1)

omori sunny x basil au /j

(+2)

I loved the game! I’m going to buy the extended version- of course when I have the money, but srsly the game was totally good, Fio was so cute, I love the art and everything, very well~

(-1)

How do i get the door code the one near the bathroom pls help

(+1)(-1)

on the drawer. when did they die?

I love the story, i love how you get led on thinking and having your own theorys. i hope you continue to make games

Do I have to start over to get the other endings?

just curious

The other endings are available after each other, they all connect to the same story if I recall.

There are 3-4 endings you can get in one play through and depending on how you played, you might be able to get 2/3 more without having to play through all of it again. I included how to get every ending (without any spoilers for the endings themselves) in the walkthrough, if you want to see which endings you can get without having to start over :)

(+2)

That was a great game, but those endings weren't what I expected at all, and really I love it when I get what I don't expect. Playing through it at first gave me so many goosebumps.
